Graham Green has, for the last 10 years, been helping owner managers of start-up, small & medium sized companies remove barriers to growth by providing a clear strategic planning, coaching & mentoring, focused sales & marketing, improved profitability and a greater understanding of financial information. Graham is a pragmatist and highly focused on delivering practical and affordable solutions that deliver results and he is always willing to provide hands on support during the implementation phase.

Graham’s career prior to consulting included 10 years with Canon, a Global Japanese Electronics company, the last years as a General Manager & Director responsible for the IT & consumer electronics products. He held 3 Non-Executive Directorships with SME’s where Canon had made a significant investment. Prior to this he was an owner/director of an IT company, which was successfully sold to a FTSE 100 company. Earlier in his career he worked in Research & Development, production management, sales & marketing management positions in the plastics & pharmaceutical industries.

Graham’s business experience is underpinned by an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Consulting and the current Chairman of the South East region. To keep abreast of modern management thinking Graham is a visiting lecturer at Surrey University and runs regular financial workshops at Brighton University as part of their ProfitNet programme for SME’s.

Graham has a SFEDI accreditation for Business Link and other Government funded projects and is one of Brighton University’s retained management consultants. Graham is a national expert on Business Benchmarking and has lectured & delivered Master Class training on this subject throughout the UK.
